Event Waivers

Krav Maga Self Defense - February 8, 2026

All participants must complete both CTRI and IKMA waivers below before the event.

• CTRI Waiver - (required for all participants)

• IKMA Waiver - Adults (18+)

• IKMA Waiver - Minors (under 18)

Please complete all required waivers before arriving. Participants who have not completed the required waivers will be required to do so before they are permitted to participate.
